About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the "Convert Sixth Floor Fluorescent Fixtures to LED" project at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. The scope of work includes providing architectural and engineering services to completely replace all fluorescent/non-LED lighting fixtures with new energy efficient LED fixtures on the sixth floor, while minimizing disruption to the active patient care area.
The SOW outlines the minimum requirements for the design development, construction document, and final construction document submissions, as well as construction period services such as submittal reviews, site visits, and as-built drawings. Key details include a 161-calendar day project schedule, provision of up to 4 bid alternates, and the use of BIM software. This SOW supersedes any conflicting information in the attached pre-solicitation notice for the related federal contract opportunity number 36C25024R0144, which is a total service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside for engineering services.
