About this file

This document is a Contractor Staffing Access Questionnaire, which is used to identify the access needs of a potential contractor's employees so the FAA can determine the appropriate investigation requirements and badging needs for the contractor in the event of contract award.

The questionnaire requests information on the estimated number of employees (both full and part-time including subcontractor personnel) anticipated to support the contract, as well as details on the labor categories, position titles, and whether the employees will require routine access to FAA facilities, access to FAA computer systems or networks, and/or access to FAA Sensitive Unclassified Information. This information is required to be provided for each labor category.
