About this file

The document is a Contractor Staffing Access Questionnaire for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) designed to identify access needs for potential contractor employees. The form requires contractors to provide detailed information about their anticipated workforce, including the number of employees per labor category and their potential access requirements to FAA facilities, computer systems, and sensitive unclassified information. For each labor category, contractors must specify position titles, estimated number of employees, and answer specific questions about routine facility access (more than one day per week for over 180 days), computer system access, and access to sensitive FAA information. The questionnaire allows for multiple labor categories to be documented and is intended to help the FAA determine appropriate investigation requirements and badging needs in the event of a contract award.
