About this file
This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), which specifies data deliverables required from a contractor under a federal contract. The form documents one data item requirement for repair or overhaul services related to an F-5 aircraft system.
The required data item is a Contractor's Progress and Status Report (Data Item A001) with a monthly status report subtitle. The contractor must reference DID MGMT-81928 for content specifications and follow PWS Para 1.2.9, 1.2.11, and 4.7.4 as the contract reference. The requiring office is AFLCMC/WNDI, located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The contractor must submit the initial status report within 5 working days of the month following induction of the first part for repair or overhaul, then continue submitting monthly reports within 5 working days of each month's beginning until final parts are shipped. The report should indicate the as-of date and cover period and may omit cost curves, man-hours expended, employee movement figures, financial/labor data, and other specified elements. Distribution is authorized to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only. The estimated total price for this data requirement is $0.00, indicating it is classified as a Group IV item with minimal contractor effort. The CDRL was prepared by Joseph Jackson on 9 June 2026 and required approval from the government issuing contracting officer.
