About this file
This document is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contractor instruction and guidelines document for booth rental at the Logistics Officers Association (LOA) Symposium, issued under number FA813625A0003. The BPA establishes a simplified purchasing method for repetitive booth space needs at the annual LOA Symposium.
The agreement specifies key terms including purchase limitations of $250,000 per call for contracting officers and $10,000 per call for Authorized Callers using Government Purchase Cards. Delivery requirements mandate that all shipments must include detailed delivery tickets containing supplier information, BPA number, purchase details, and itemized lists of services. The contractor must submit monthly summary invoices identifying all delivery tickets and their total dollar value. Only individuals on an authorized list provided by the contracting officer may place orders, with the contractor bearing responsibility for unauthorized purchases. The government is only obligated to pay for authorized purchases actually made under the BPA.
