About this file

This document is a Contractor Affidavit required by O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91 for a state or local government contract opportunity. It verifies that the contractor is registered with and uses the federal E-Verify program to confirm the employment eligibility of its personnel. The contractor agrees to continue using E-Verify throughout the contract period, notify the public employer if it ceases to use the program, and ensure its subcontractors also comply with the E-Verify requirement. The contractor further acknowledges that failure to use E-Verify constitutes a material breach of the contract.

The affidavit does not provide details about the specific contract opportunity, such as the products or services requested, project scope, response dates, award information, or contract term. It is solely focused on the contractor's obligations related to the E-Verify program under Georgia law.
