About this file
This is a Contract Addendum related to a one-year art materials procurement contract for The School Board of Polk County in Florida. The addendum modifies or clarifies terms of the original solicitation for art materials stock to be delivered to the School Board's warehouse in Bartow, Florida. The document addresses amendments to the bid requirements, specifications, or terms that bidders must acknowledge and incorporate into their proposals. Specific details regarding quantities of individual art materials, delivery schedules, response submission deadlines, and any announced award timelines should be cross-referenced with the original solicitation documents to obtain complete procurement information.
The addendum establishes modifications to pricing terms, bid conditions, or contractual requirements that were included in the original solicitation. Bidders are required to review and comply with all addendum provisions to ensure their bids remain responsive and compliant. Any changes to set-asides, pricing structures, payment terms, or performance requirements outlined in the addendum supersede conflicting language in the original bid documents.
