About this file

This is a Common Carrier Attestation form required by Pinellas County, Florida for contractors in connection with a Digital Evidence Request for Information (RFI) related to court evidence management solutions. The form must be executed by an authorized representative of the contractor and signed under penalties of perjury, with the contractor providing their name, signature, date, Federal Work Authorization User Identification Number, and the associated Pinellas County contract name and number.

The county reserves the right to terminate the associated agreement for cause if the contractor is found in violation of the attestation. This requirement applies to all contractors, including those classified as "common carriers" (persons, firms, or corporations that transport persons or commodities for hire as a regular business). The attestation serves as a compliance verification mechanism tied to state immigration enforcement legislation and must be completed as a condition of contract execution with Pinellas County.
