About this file

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for On-Site Shredding Services issued by the 19th Contracting Squadron at Little Rock Air Force Base. The solicitation (FA446025Q0022) is set aside exclusively for small businesses, with a North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) of 561990 and a size standard of $16.5 Million. The contract requires the contractor to shred documents on-site at the Air Force base and then transport and dispose of the shredded materials, with a performance period from 1 September 2025 to 1 March 2031.

The evaluation will be conducted in two primary stages: first, ranking offers by price (using the total of CLINs 0001-5002), and second, assessing past performance. To be considered acceptable, offerors must demonstrate at least two years of experience performing similar work within the past four years. The lowest-priced offer with an acceptable past performance rating will be selected. A site survey is scheduled for 21 August 2025, and quotes are due by 27 August 2025 at 5:00 PM CDT. The contract will be administered by the 19th Contracting Squadron, with the Service Contract Act Wage Determination (WD # 2015-5117) incorporated into the solicitation.
