The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all tasks and functions as defined in the PWS. The Contractor shall maintain, examine and inspect CAFB and Gunshy Auxiliary Airfield to guarantee military and civilian customers a safe operating environment. The Contractor shall conduct Airfield support activities in strict compliance with United States Air Force (USAF) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards mandating safety requirements for military air operations.
Combined Synopsis Solicitation:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;
submissions are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(x) Each offeror shall ensure the provision at FAR 52.212-3 including its Alternate I, Vendors Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items are updated at www.sam.gov. Failure to obtain SAM registration MAY result in submissions not being considered for award.
(xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference, with the same force and effect as if it were given in full text.

This requirement does does not have a site visit. If the opportunity to inspect the site before award is afforded to industry, the instructions for attending the site visit will be located below.

Vendors shall meet at Vistor's Center by the Front Gate . Vendors will then walk/drive to the actual site of contract performance. Vendors are encouraged to inspect the site in order to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance to the extent that information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
