Addendum to FAR 52.212-2(a), Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offeror responsible, whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is determined to represent the best value to the Government, based on an evaluation of Price and Past Performance. An offeror must demonstrate acceptable past performance to be eligible for award.

(i) Past Performance - Past performance will be evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis.
