The solicitation number is FA301626Q7063, issued from Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Randolph, TX. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 332312 (Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing) with a default employee threshold of 500. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price purchase to a responsible contractor offering technically acceptable products at the lowest overall total evaluated price, using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation approach. The RFQ closes on 6 May 2026 at 01:00 PM CST, with questions due by 1 May 2026 at 1:00 PM CST.
Evaluation will be based on two factors: Technical acceptability (rated acceptable or unacceptable based on demonstrated ability to provide and deliver materials per the Equipment List in Attachment 1 and Schedule of Supplies in Attachment 2) and Total Evaluated Price (calculated by adding extended prices for all items). If three or fewer quotes are received, all will be evaluated for technical acceptability; if more than three are received, the three lowest-priced quotes will be evaluated first, though the Government reserves the right to evaluate additional quotes in order of increasing price. Procurement materials must be delivered to the 502nd Trainer Development Squadron Warehouse at 664 A Street West, NW Corner of Building #241, JBSA-Randolph, TX 78150. However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if, during the evaluation, it is determined to be in the best interest of the
Government, IAW FAR 52.212-1(d). Quoter responses to the discussions will be considered in making the award decision. Discussions may be conducted with one, some or all quoters as the Government is not required to conduct discussions with any and/or all quoters responding to this RFQ.
