About this file

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for transportation services related to Mark VI patrol boats, issued by the Department of the Army National Guard. The solicitation (W50S84-25-Q-0007) seeks quotes for three primary services: transportation of Mark VI patrol boats to Alpena CRTC, Mark VI Patrol Boat Training, and Maintenance Plan Development, with a firm-fixed price contract type. The opportunity is set aside for small businesses in the NAICS code 488390 (Other Support Activities for Water Transportation) with a $47 million size standard.

Key submission requirements include providing boat captain credentials, a preliminary float plan, past performance information, and a completed pricing table. Quotes are due by 02 July 2025 and must be submitted via email to the designated points of contact. The government intends to award to the most advantageous quote, considering price, boat captain credentials, past performance, and float plan feasibility. Notably, funds are currently not available, and the exact number of vessels may vary from one to three at the time of award. Quotes are requested to be valid through 30 September 2025, with payment terms set at net 30 days.
