Should any policy be cancelled, have limits reduced, or have coverage altered, the contractor must provide 30 days' written notice to the City of Meriden. For policies written on a "Claims Made" basis, continuous renewal is required for a minimum of two years following contract completion, or the expiring policy must be endorsed to extend the reporting period for claims during the contract term through two years after completion.
