If so, please clarify the rationale for Row 9 containing 2 Training Specialists with 1196 hours. Because 1196 hours is typically less than the hours for 1 FTE per year, it is not clear why CNCS estimates that 2 Training Specialists are required to complete the work.
While this is the government’s estimate, vendors should propose the number of staff and hours they believe will most effectively accomplish the tasks in the Statement of Work.
49. Does CNCS require a specific authoring tool for creating the virtual training modules? If so, please identify which tool (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).

Or will CNCS notify the contractor of the deliverable requirements for the option years after contract award? This will significantly influence our pricing strategy.
The vendor can expect the initial version of the PWS in base year and training modules will be revised and updated in each of option years.
File details come from the government source that posted it. Updated .
