About this file
Amendment No. 11 extends Contract No. HW560 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Tetra Tech EC, Inc., headquartered in Pasadena, California. The original contract, effective February 14, 2011, provides waste cleanup program services. This amendment extends the contract for an additional six-month period from August 14, 2021, through February 13, 2022, under the same terms and conditions as the original agreement.
The contract covers four service areas within the FDEP's Bureau of Waste Cleanup: Waste Site Cleanup, Site Investigation, Brownfields & CERCLA/Site Screening, and Federal Facilities. The amendment updates contract management personnel and contact information for each service area, designating specific department and contractor managers responsible for overseeing performance. Additionally, the amendment modifies employee eligibility requirements, mandating that Tetra Tech EC, Inc., and any authorized subcontractors utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to verify employment eligibility for all employees performing work under the contract, in compliance with Florida Statute Section 448.095. No pricing information, specific service amounts, or financial terms are detailed in this amendment.
