About this file
This document package comprises a Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Contract No. HW560, Amendment No. 2, executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Tetra Tech EC, Inc., a corporation registered in the Florida Vendor Information Portal with Federal Tax ID 251902191. The contract was originally entered into on February 14, 2011, and subsequently amended on May 11, 2011, with the second amendment dated November 8, 2011. Tetra Tech EC, Inc. is classified as a Non-Minority/Non-Woman-Owned/Non-SDVBE entity and is registered for sourcing and VBS participation. The vendor is authorized to provide services under multiple engineering and environmental commodity codes, including engineering services, chemical engineers, civil engineers, consulting engineers, electrical engineers, environmental engineers, geotechnical engineers, industrial engineers, marine and oceanographic engineers, mechanical engineers, and naval architecture/marine engineers.
Amendment No. 2 increases the contract funding from $1,740,000.00 to $1,810,000.00, representing an incremental increase of $70,000.00. The amendment adds contractual language requiring the contractor to certify that it is not listed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, with provisions allowing the Department to immediately terminate the contract if the contractor is found to have submitted false certification or becomes listed on these restricted entities lists during the contract term. All other terms and conditions of the original contract and its prior amendments remain in full force and effect.
