About this file
This document is an Applicant Checklist for a Request for Applications (RFA) related to the Cloud Global federal grant opportunity. The RFA is issued by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy (CDP), and aims to award one cooperative agreement of up to $4,000,000 to organizations that can carry out the project outlined.
The project seeks to work with partner countries, initially focusing on the Pacific Island Nations, to adopt world-leading cloud-based cybersecurity, data protection, disaster response, and recovery solutions. The Applicant Checklist outlines the required documents, including standard federal forms, a cover page and executive summary, proposal narrative, budget, timeline, and key personnel. Additional required attachments include an audit, Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement (NICRA), letters of support, and a gender inclusion analysis. The application deadline and award date are not specified in this document.
