The permit includes special conditions requiring temporary protective barriers and erosion control measures during construction, prohibition of filling or excavation beyond the authorized scope, compliance with surface water management conditions outlined in related permit CF-906, and removal of prohibited invasive plant species. All fill material must be clean fill as defined by County Code, with receipts required and inspections mandated once fill reaches one foot above the October high water table. No performance bond, mitigation bond, or trust fund contribution is required. The application fee of $655.75 was paid on October 3, 2023. No work shall commence until said barriers are in place and have been verified through an on-site inspection by DERM. Furthermore, the Permittee shall be responsible for ensuring that erosion control devices and procedures are inspected periodically and maintained during all phases of construction authorized by this permit until all areas that were disturbed during construction are sufficiently stabilized to prevent erosion, siltation, and turbid discharges.
