About this file
This is a Q&A document providing clarifications for solicitation W911SF-25-Q-A001, which is a firm fixed price request for quote for hotel room leasing. The document addresses key requirements including: only companies registered in SAM.gov with NAICS code 721110 can submit quotes; all bookings should be at one hotel within the Atlanta airport Gateway Center campus with SkyTrain Station access; standard hotel parking will be provided; and invoicing must be done through WAWF.
The Q&A clarifies that this is a new contract with specific CLIN structure for hotel charges during December 18-20, 2024 and January 2-4, 2025. The same guests will stay consecutively throughout each period. Invoicing can be done either as a single invoice after January 6 or separately for the December and January periods (CLINs 0001AA through 0003AB for December, and CLINs 0004AA through 0006AB for January). Government purchase cards are not authorized for payment, tax exemption forms will be provided, and while complimentary breakfast would be preferred, it is not required.
