About this file

This document is a business confidentiality claim form submitted to the Utah State Archives regarding a state and local government contract opportunity. The contract involves completing reclamation construction work in the East Henry Mountains Phase 2 project for the Division of Oil, Gas and Mining in the state of Utah. The form allows the submitting company to claim confidentiality for trade secrets or commercial financial information that could result in unfair competitive injury if disclosed. It requires the company to provide a concise statement of reasons supporting the confidentiality claim for specific pages, paragraphs, or information within the submitted records.

The contract opportunity does not provide additional details such as pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or award dates. The confidentiality claim form focuses solely on the process for protecting sensitive business information from public disclosure rather than the specifics of the underlying contract.
