The file is an artwork specification image for a Teen Center t-shirt design created for the City of Pasadena Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department (PRCS). The design is for a full front print on a Victory White shirt, featuring multiple ink colors including Victory Teal, Victory Purple, Victory Bright Gold, Victory Volt, and Victory Pink. The recommended sizing for the design is 11.95" wide by 12" high, intended for staff uniforms related to the department's various programs including after-school, seasonal day camps, special events, and general office staff.

The contract opportunity involves purchasing custom apparel for PRCS staff, with a focus on adult sizing for purchase only. The department specifically seeks uniform shirts for multiple staff categories, including program staff, volunteers, and supervisory personnel. While the current procurement is for adult sizes, the department notes potential future need for youth sizes for summer camp programs. The artwork specification suggests a detailed approach to uniform design, with precise specifications for logo placement, sizing, and color selection to ensure consistency across departmental staff attire.
