City Apartments Remodel Project
This is a scope of work document for the City Apartments Remodel Project, a remodeling initiative for a city-owned 10-unit apartment complex. The project encompasses interior remodeling services across three distinct scopes: Kitchen Remodel, Bathroom Remodel, and Combined Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel. The work includes demolition, installation of cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures, along with plumbing, electrical, lighting, finishes, and all associated work necessary to complete the renovations. The document specifies that contractors must furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services reasonably incidental to the remodeling work as detailed in the contract documents.
The document does not specify pricing terms, bid amounts, response deadlines, or award dates within the scope of work itself. No information regarding set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or financial requirements is provided in this file. The scope of work establishes that all items and details required by the contract documents must be furnished and performed by the contractor, though specific contract terms, bonding requirements, insurance mandates, licensing requirements, and project timelines are not detailed in this particular document.
