a. Introduction/Background GMB is in need of technical resources in business analysis to augment the existing IT team during the agency’s IT systems modernization project.

GMB and Contractor will partner to develop and agree upon a Statement of Work (SOW), resources, deliverables, and compensation prior to each period of time that resource(s) are needed. Resources will be directed by a technical lead designated by the Purchaser.

GMB reserves the right to amend, at its sole discretion, for one (1) additional one-year period, for a total period of performance not to exceed two (2) years.

d. Place of performance Work may be performed remotely or at the GMB office located at 4565 7th Avenue SE Lacey, WA 98503.
