About this file
This document is a Change Order Notice issued by the Illinois Tollway's Chief Procurement Office for General Services. The notice states that the Illinois Tollway is seeking to amend an existing contract for Off-site Storage Services with GRM Infor Management Services of Chicago LLC. The amendment will add $50,000 in additional funding to the contract, which provides storage space for the Tollway's hard copy documents as there is insufficient room at the Central Admin building. The amendment will also cover the proper disposal of 4,500 boxes that are no longer needed to be stored or moved to a new location, as the current contract is expiring in August and the Tollway will be paying less monthly with a reduced box count. Due to COVID-19, the box count grew but the Tollway was unable to destroy eligible boxes as the necessary services were not offered.
The Change Order Notice indicates that the circumstances necessitating the change in performance were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was signed, and the change is germane to the original contract. The notice is being posted for 14 days as required by the state's procurement regulations.
