SECTION ONE – SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES, SERVICES, AND PRICES

1.0 GENERAL. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) intends to award one contract in accordance with the requirements, terms, and conditions set forth herein.

2.0 SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND PRICES. The Firm Fixed Price Table within this Section provides the anticipated labor categories and the Offeror should propose equivalent labor categories and corresponding labor rates for these categories. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. Rows may be added to the table to accommodate all proposed labor categories required to perform work under the contract. The labor categories and estimated hours indicated below (TOTAL HOURS – 613) are the number of hours the CFPB anticipates will be required to complete the work. Your firm may propose hours (less or more) and Other Direct Costs (ODCs) if applicable that it believes will be required to accomplish all tasks for this requirement.
