About this file

This document contains ten statements of work and technical specifications for plugging orphan oil wells located in Natrona County, Wyoming. The Bureau of Land Management Wyoming Field Office is soliciting plugging of ten wells in the former Pine Mountain Unit to federal standards, including setting cement plugs across all productive zones and sealing off open annuli to isolate hydrocarbon-bearing strata. Contractors will remove existing equipment from well sites and grade locations. Work must be completed within 180 days of award unless an extension is approved. BLM engineers will provide guidance and inspect work. Plugging plans specify casing details, plug placement depths and volumes, pressure testing requirements, perforation sealing procedures, and surface abandonment methods for each well.
