About this file
This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form applicable to the Battle Born Youth Challenge Academy Food Service contract opportunity in Nevada. The document serves as a certification requirement for organizations bidding on or receiving funding related to this state contract. No specific project details, quantities, response dates, or contract terms are outlined within this certification document, as it functions solely as a compliance verification instrument rather than a project specification or solicitation document.
The certification form requires bidders and recipients to affirm that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be used to pay any person or organization for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, including the Nevada state government, in connection with obtaining or retaining federal funding. This document is a standard compliance requirement under applicable federal lobbying restrictions and does not contain pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, or funding amounts. All organizations submitting bids for the Battle Born Youth Challenge Academy Food Service contract must complete and submit this certification as part of their proposal package.
