About this file
This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form issued by the Nevada State Purchasing Division, Department of Administration, applicable to the DRC Behavioral Management Training contract opportunity managed by the Aging and Disability Services Division. The form serves as a certification document for vendors responding to this informal solicitation for behavioral management safety training services. The resulting contract is anticipated to be awarded to one qualified vendor and will have a term of four years.
The certification requires vendors to affirm that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence federal agency officials, Members of Congress, or congressional staff in connection with the award of this federal contract, grant, or cooperative agreement. Vendors must also disclose any non-federal funds used for lobbying purposes by submitting Standard Form-LLL if applicable. Vendors are obligated to include this certification language in all sub-awards and require all sub-recipients to certify and disclose accordingly. Failure to submit the required certification subjects a vendor to civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each failure, as mandated by Section 1352 of the U.S. Code.
