About this file

This is a Certificate of Procurement Integrity form applicable to federal procurement activities governed by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act. The document serves as a certification by the officer or employee responsible for proposal preparation, affirming compliance with procurement integrity requirements outlined in Subsection 27 of the Act as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The certifier must declare that, to the best of their knowledge and belief, no violations or potential violations of the specified subsections have occurred during the procurement conduct, with the exception of any information explicitly described in the certificate. Additionally, the certifying officer must verify that all personnel who participated substantially in the preparation or submission of the proposal have been informed of and will comply with the requirements of Subsection 27(a) of the Act, and that they will immediately report any information concerning violations or potential violations to the responsible officer.

The certificate contains signature and date blocks for the officer or employee responsible for the proposal and includes a notice that false, fictitious, or fraudulent certifications may subject the maker to prosecution under Title 18, United States Code Section 1001. This form is a standard compliance requirement in federal contracting and does not contain specific pricing, set-aside information, or contract terms. The completion and submission of this certification is mandatory for proposal submission in federal procurement processes and serves as a safeguard against procurement fraud and misconduct.
