About this file

This file is a Certificate of Procurement Integrity form applicable to federal procurement processes governed by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 423) and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The document serves as a certification template that requires the officer or employee responsible for proposal preparation to attest that, to the best of their knowledge and belief, no violations of Subsection 27(a), (b), (c), or (e) of the Act have occurred during the conduct of the procurement, with the exception of any information explicitly described in the certificate. Additionally, the certifier must confirm that all officers, employees, agents, representatives, and consultants of the bidding company who have participated personally and substantially in the preparation or submission of the proposal have been made familiar with and will comply with the requirements of Subsection 27(a), as implemented in the FAR, and will report immediately any information concerning violations or possible violations of the Act pertaining to the procurement.

The form requires the certifier to provide a signature, typed name, and date of certification. The document includes a warning that making a false, fictitious, or fraudulent certification concerning a matter within the jurisdiction of a United States agency may render the certifier subject to prosecution under Title 18, United States Code Section 1001. This certificate is a mandatory compliance document in federal contracting processes and ensures that bidders acknowledge their understanding of and commitment to adhering to federal procurement integrity regulations throughout the bidding and performance of contract work.
