About this file

This document is a Data Item Description (DID) for an OPSEC Awareness (Level 1) Training Report. The document requires contractors supporting the contract to complete Government-provided OPSEC training for personnel who will have access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)/Legacy FOUO/Technical information. Contractors must complete the initial training within 30 days of contract award and annually thereafter, with results reported to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) no later than 45 calendar days after contract award and by September 30th annually.

The training must be completed by all contractor personnel, and contractors are required to provide a Certificate of Compliance letter confirming training completion. The document specifies two training resources: https://www.mepcom.army.mil/Home/Contractors.aspx and https://securityawareness.usalearning.gov/. The addressee for these reports is the TACOM Security Manager, with two copies to be distributed both in draft and final formats. The specific contract details (line item number, contract number, and contractor) are to be determined (TBD).
