About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for an Equipment Procurement and Shipment Plan (EPSP) in support of a federal contract opportunity.
The EPSP requires the contractor to provide a detailed plan describing all equipment and related materials (e.g., spares, consumables, warranties, manuals) that will be procured and shipped under the contract. The plan must include a Buy Schedule with data elements such as item, cost, and delivery dates, as well as a Shipment Schedule with details on planned shipments. The initial EPSP draft is due 60 calendar days after contract award, with weekly or as-requested subsequent submissions. The deliverable will be accepted upon review and approval by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). No specific pricing information is provided.
