About this file

This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) Receiver and Antenna Set contract with the U.S. Coast Guard. The CDRL (DD Form 1423-1) specifies the requirement for the contractor to provide electronic copies of standard Commercial Operation, Maintenance, Service, and User Manuals for the GNSS Receiver and Antenna Set. The manuals must be delivered within 30 days of contract award, submitted in Adobe PDF format, and distributed to specific Coast Guard personnel at the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (CSISC). The distribution is authorized for U.S. Government agencies, with technical data to be protected under the International Exchange Program.

Key details include: Data Item Number A001, covering standard commercial manuals for the GNSS system; frequency of submission is ONE/R (one-time); distribution to multiple email addresses including CG-CISC COR and specific Coast Guard personnel; and a requirement for electronic copies that may be maintained on the USCG Portal (intranet). The document emphasizes that the manuals are for official use, with distribution limited to technical and administrative purposes, and must be submitted in compliance with the specified guidelines.
