About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) that specifies the requirements for the contractor to provide meeting minutes for the contract kick-off meeting. The CDRL indicates that the meeting minutes are a one-time deliverable due 5 days after the kick-off meeting, with the contractor having 5 days to submit revisions if the government provides comments. The document includes details on the distribution, format, and review process for the meeting minutes.

The related federal contract opportunity is for a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide hardware, materials, supplies, and training services to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements, specifically for Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Counter Improvised Explosive Device (CIED) needs. The contract is being solicited by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) with the goal of establishing a faster procurement process to support partner nations on FMS cases.
