About this file
The document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Repairable Item Inspection Report, specifically a Teardown, Test and Evaluation Report for a DDF Generator (Part Number 94B-58-1-25). The CDRL is associated with Solicitation Number FA855625R0001 for depot-level repair services at the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center.
The CDRL (Data Item No. A001) details comprehensive inspection and maintenance requirements for the generator, including extensive technical evaluations across multiple systems such as fuel, lubrication, cooling, electrical, exhaust, and controller systems. The report mandates detailed documentation of all replaceable/repairable parts, required repairs to restore full serviceability, and specific maintenance actions like fuel system cleaning, coolant system checks, electrical system inspections, and component testing. The document specifies submission requirements to AFLCMC/EBUK in Robins AFB, GA, with the first submission date set for Block 16 and distribution limited to the controlling office.
