About this file

This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for an Automatic Aqueous Parts Washer contract managed by RRAD, Contracting. The document specifies a single data item requirement (Data Item 0002) for a Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedure that the contractor must furnish one time only prior to work start.

The contractor is required to provide a graphical, machine-specific LOTO procedure that clearly describes the steps necessary to establish a zero-energy state for the equipment in accordance with OSHA Regulation CFR 1910.147. The procedure must be printed on durable laminated material suitable for posting on the equipment, with all LOTO locations clearly identified using durable labels keyed to the procedure. Additionally, the contractor must furnish the procedure in electronic format to enable easy transfer into a maintenance management system. The Point of Contact (POC), Brandon Pope from the Production Engineering Division, will review the LOTO procedure and materials within seven working days and inform contracting of any necessary changes. The distribution is for administrative and operational use only, with electronic delivery (Repro) to RRAD, Contracting and PED, POC. The document was prepared by Brandon Pope and approved by Andy Graves, Chief Facilitization Team, both dated 19 NOV 2025.
