About this file
This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) document for a single data item related to an Automatic Aqueous Parts Washer project. The document specifies that the contractor must submit a detailed Project Time Period chart showing milestones for machine installation and completion within 6 months from contract award. The contractor is required to coordinate the proposed installation schedule with the RRAD (Robotics Research and Development) Point of Contact (POC), Brandon Pope from the Production Engineering Division, within 60 days prior to system delivery. The installation schedule is subject to government approval, though such approval does not relieve the contractor of performance responsibilities.
Key requirements include that the machine shall be installed and operational within 6 months of contract award, and any modifications or extensions must be requested through the Contracting Officer. The contractor must accommodate RRAD's standard work schedule of Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with Friday work available upon 48-hour advance notice. The Project Time Chart is required one time only prior to work start, and the RRAD POC will review the projected timeline in accordance with the Project Description (PD) 3.0 and inform contracting of necessary changes within seven working days. The document was prepared by Brandon Pope and approved by Andy Graves, Chief Facilitization Team, both dated 19 November 2025. Distribution is to RRAD Contracting and the Production Engineering Division POC via electronic delivery.
