Questions and Answers

Round 2

Q1. Recommend insurance providers that can provide DBA insurance in Greece.

A1. Current vendors have been able to obtain the mandatory DBA Insurance coverage from two US insurance companies, namely AIG and PMC.

Q2. Can the food tasting be held to an outdoor location?

A2. No. The food tasting will be held on May 24th. Additional information about the time and address(es) to be provided after receipt of offers.

Q3. Provide the contract amount of last year’s event (2022).

A4. The contract cost was Euros 40,060 for 800 guests. The statement of work was totally different and included personnel to pass around the food, equipment, tents, two cold food items and DBA insurance.

All hot food items were provided by the Embassy.

Q4. Clarify if we can use white tablecloths for the cocktail tables.

A5. Please refer to the Performance Work Statement and the offeror should include any proposed changes to the offer.

Q4. Clarify who will provide the plates, cups, utensils for the bar stations and buffet tables.

A5. Please refer to the Performance Work Statement.
