This document provides instructions for capability briefings related to the MATOC 5.0 Design Build contract opportunity with the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Little Rock. Interested firms were asked to submit a capability statement and response by June 5, 2020 to be scheduled for a 10-minute WebEx briefing during the week of June 8, 2020. The briefings will allow USACE to understand firm capabilities as they relate to the multiple-award task order contract. Firms were advised to limit slides if used and that sessions would be monitored to ensure they remain within the 10-minute time limit. The email address for submissions and any questions is also provided.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the DBIO MATOC Capability Briefings. These briefings allow us to understand your capabilities as it pertains to the DBIO MATOC.
We are offering 10 minute time slots for companies that would like to participate. If your company is interested, please fill out the attached capability statement and submit along with your response by 2
PM (Central) 5 June 2020. All information should be submitted to the email address below:

Once the request is received, your firm will receive an email with an invite for WebEx for the week of 8
June 2020. This invite will include all of the necessary information to connect successfully.
Here are a few tips for success:
- The line will be open 15 minutes prior to the start time to ensure all parties have opportunity to log in
- Sessions are limited to 10 minutes. USACE will advise when there are five minutes and one minute remaining.
- Slides are optional, and are not expected. If you decide to provide slides, please provide before
Close of Business the day before your scheduled slot so that they can presented on the screen.
