About this file

This document provides details on a planned replacement integrated design-build initial outfitting multiple award task order contract (iDBIO MATOC) to be awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Little Rock. The new iDBIO MATOC will have a total capacity of $900 million split between unrestricted and restricted awards, and a period of performance of five years including two base years and three option years. Task orders under the contract are expected to range in size from $12 million to $75 million. The replacement iDBIO MATOC will be used to execute Air Force operations and maintenance-funded medical sustainment, restoration, and modernization requirements and provide capacity for military construction projects at the request of geographic districts and approval of the Air Force Medical Service. Contractors must demonstrate the ability to execute multiple modernization projects simultaneously within active healthcare environments, and provide design-build, integrated initial outfitting, and commodity procurement and installation services. The replacement iDBIO MATOC is anticipated to be awarded in September 2015.
