Key deliverables include analysis and reporting on Lab Demo outcomes such as employee assessment and compensation results, workforce impact and trends, cost studies, and initiative effectiveness. Additionally, the contractor must provide meeting support, legislative analysis, technical support, training, policy analysis, software and database design and revisions, system testing, user training and support, and recertification and accreditation services for the AFRL Contribution-based Compensation System Software (C2S2), which is identified as a critical tool for ensuring accurate employee assessment and compensation.
