About this file
This is a cancellation notice issued by the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT/MTA) regarding Expressions of Interest (EOI) No. AE-23-001-A, B, and C for Project Controls Services for Schedule and Claims Review. The notice, dated October 20, 2026, and issued by Tammy Russell, Procurement Administrator II, announces the cancellation of all three expressions of interest. The MTA determined during the solicitation process that the Scope of Services required modifications of such magnitude and substance that a new solicitation would be more appropriate and fiscally advantageous to the State.
The MTA intends to issue a new solicitation in the future that will incorporate Project Controls Services for Schedule and Claims Review. The original opportunity sought consultants experienced in change management, schedule review, claims analysis, estimating, and project control services to support the MTA's Transit Projects on an as-needed, work order basis. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor future solicitations of a similar nature from the Maryland Transit Administration.

Project Controls Services for Schedule and Claims Review
CANCELLATION OF ALL EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
You are hereby notified that doing the process of soliciting the above referenced Expressions of Interest (EOI), The Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT / MTA) determined that the Scope of Services should be modified. It would be fiscally advantageous and in the best interest of the State to do so.
