About this file
This is a life support services spreadsheet for Camp Grayling Joint Military Training Center containing operational and logistical data for a training exercise scheduled for July-August 2026. The spreadsheet appears to serve as a detailed reference document supporting the Request for Quote (RFQ) W9136426QA049 issued by the Ohio Army National Guard, providing vendor requirements for porta-john locations, dumpster placement, grey water tank positioning, and servicing schedules across the training facility.
The solicitation requires vendors to provide and service 16 dumpsters, 334 porta-johns, and 4 grey water tanks with servicing every 48 hours for the 20-day training exercise from July 7-26, 2026. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 561990 (Caterers) with a $16,500,000 size standard, with award to be made on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis using best value criteria prioritizing price and past performance. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov, provide all equipment, labor, transportation, supplies, and comply with environmental disposal laws, with responsibility for repairing any facility damage. Services must accommodate weekend and after-hours scheduling as needed, and all pricing must be fully inclusive of labor, materials, delivery, equipment, taxes, and fees.

| The current revised Performance Work Statement specifies a final static requirement of sixteen (16) 20-cubic-yard roll-off refuse dumpsters pre-placed at designated locations for the duration of the contract period to entirely eliminate equipment relocation requirements. |
Question: Would you be opposed to staggering 8 containers to be swapped at different 48-hour intervals? Staggering the schedule would distribute the haul workload evenly across alternating days, reducing truck traffic and operational footprint in active training sectors at any given time.
