About this file
The document is a pricing template for call-out service rates for a UPS maintenance contract with the U.S. Embassy in London. The template outlines two types of service call-outs: Standard Call Out (next day response, Monday-Friday, 08:00-18:00, excluding holidays) and Emergency Call Out (8-hour response, 24/7/365). The table provides columns for pricing different service scenarios, including rates for the first hour and subsequent hours for standard and emergency call-outs, as well as labor rates for billable work. The document specifies that these rates are to be processed under a government purchase order and will not be included in the final contract amount, and prices should be shown exclusive of VAT.
