C5ISR GATEWAY TO SUSTAINMENT (G2S) CONTRACT OVERVIEW: The Government is interested in awarding multiple contracts to organizations that can supply commercial and non-commercial items and services supporting U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) areas under the resulting contracts. This program is being developed to solve and prevent issues in a rapid modernization environment. It is anticipated that MAC vendors will compete to craft sustainment solution sets for a system early in its life cycle, to include hardware, software, engineering, obsolescence responsibilities, PBL, and depot partnering. The Federal
Supply Classes (FSC) covering these items and services include, but are not limited to:
5805 – Telephone and Telegraph Equipment
5810 – Communications Security Equipment and Components
5820 – Radio and TV Communications Equipment, Except Airborne
5840 – Radar Equipment, Except Airborne
5895 – Miscellaneous Communication Equipment
5975 – Electric Hardware, Supplies
5985 – Antennas, Waveguides, Related Equipment

Additional FSCs also fall within the scope of the contract. The FSC Sampling Spreadsheet includes additional
FSCs, however the scope of the contract is not limited to only these FSCs.
The Government will own many Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for the universe of items. However, some items will be Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) or will support items in which the Government does not own the TDPs.
You input is highly encouraged, as your answers to the questionnaire and recommendations will enhance the acquisition process.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE
1. The projected scope of this acquisition has the potential to support CECOM C5ISR equipment and services covering approximately 263 weapon systems. 8. Is your organization equipped to stock items that have predictable demand? If not, can you explain why?
9. If this acquisition was full and open, would your organization bid as a prime contractor?
