About this file
Attachment A is a comprehensive price schedule for water and soil testing services for the Bureau of Reclamation's Western Colorado Area Office in FY26. The detailed spreadsheet includes an extensive list of testing parameters for water and soil samples, with specific units of measurement, method detection limits (MDL), analysis methods, and proposed units per year. Water testing categories cover unregulated constituents, regulated primary contaminants, radionuclides, biological and fouling potential tests, and organic chemicals, spanning parameters like pH, conductivity, metals, nutrients, and microbiological indicators.
The pricing requirements mandate that contractors submit unit costs for unfiltered samples, which must include all shipping costs: delivery of sample bottles to the Durango, CO Reclamation office within 24 hours of request, overnight shipping of samples to the contractor's laboratory, and subsequent shipping to any subcontractors. The solicitation (140R4025Q0074) is for Water and Soil Testing Services issued by the Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation, with the price schedule serving as Attachment A to outline the precise testing requirements and associated costs for potential bidders.
