This document is a contract proposal for forest management services at the Fullerton area within the Kisatchie National Forest/Calcasieu Ranger District under USDA Forest Service administration.

The contract encompasses a total boundary area of 74.56 acres and includes two primary work components: mastication (mechanical vegetation treatment) covering 22.34 acres and sweet gum eradication across 19.65 acres. The proposal includes detailed maps showing the geographic location near Fullerton, Louisiana, with specific delineation of work zones, road access points, and proximity to Fullerton Lake. The contract boundary is clearly marked on the detailed topographic map, with the mastication area identified with diagonal hatching and the sweet gum eradication zone outlined in red. The document also includes an aerial satellite view showing the route and distance measurements (18 minutes/10 miles noted for travel time) between reference points including Cooler's Bog and local churches in the Fullerton area. This appears to be a preliminary planning document that establishes the scope, location, and specific acreage for forest management activities requiring contractor implementation.
