The installation must comply with local building codes and energy efficiency requirements, include makeup air provisions via energy recovery ventilator or integrated into the mini-split heads, and require refrigerant to be either R-454B or R-32. The contractor must also repair and reinstall acoustic ceiling tiles and T-track in affected areas. An optional item extends work to North Bend Ranger Station (Building 2031) to replace two failed compressors in an existing Trane system, including filter drier replacement, system flushing, acid testing, and annual maintenance inspection. Key deliverables include a proposed project plan due within five business days of award, material certification at minimum 14 days before work starts, and a site-specific safety plan also due 14 days before work.
