Required roofing materials include architectural shingles with Class 3 impact resistance and Class H wind resistance tested at 150 MPH, hip and ridge shingles, starter shingles, ice and water barrier, synthetic roofing underlayment, standard drip edge, and shingles in Pinnacle Pristine Coastal Granite color. The contractor must perform full debris cleanup and magnetic sweep for nails. Key requirements include obtaining all applicable permits prior to construction, compliance with applicable building codes and USDA Facilities Design Standards, submission of all product data and material specifications for review within 15 calendar days of award, and submission of warranties and closeout documentation within 10 days of project completion. The estimated project duration is approximately 21 days total, including 1 day for field investigation, negotiated submittal time, 14 days for government review, 1–2 days for roof replacement work, and 5 days for final document turnover.
